Lampi, LLC (“Company” or “we” or “our or “us”) is dedicated to protect the privacy of our users, including children under the age of 13, in compliance with the applicable laws on Children’s Online Privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information provided through our Lampi mobile app ("app").

We may collect the following types of personal information from parent (or guardian, teacher or someone who has downloaded and installed our app one behalf of the user).

• Account Information: Email, name, password and age of the kid (user).

We may collect the following types of personal information from users, including children under the age of 13, only with verified parental consent:

• Images: Photographs or image files captured through the app.
• Sound Recordings: Audio files recorded using the app.

B. Non-Personal Information

We may collect non-personal information such as:

• Device information, including model, operating system, device ID, and version.
• Usage data, such as frequency of app use, features accessed, purchases history and app performance metrics.

2. How We Use Collected Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Providing Core Features: To enable app functionalities which are dependent upon user provided images and sound recordings such as "Talk to your toy", "Talk to Santa", etc.
• Improving User Experience: To analyze app usage and improve functionality, usability, and performance.
• Commercial: To enable purchases to get parental consent and also to ensure users have access to app functionalities.
• Compliance: To comply with legal obligations, such as COPPA, and respond to lawful requests.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

3. Parental Consent

A. Obtaining Consent

If a user is under the age of 13, we require verifiable parental consent before collecting personal information. We use the following methods to obtain consent:

• Payment transaction requiring a parent to approve a payment through Apple's app store or Google's play store.

B. Revoking Consent

Parents can revoke consent at any time by contacting us at support@lampi.tech. Upon revocation, we will delete the user's account and personal information from our systems.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. However, we may share information in the following scenarios:

• With Service Providers: We may share information with trusted service providers who assist with app functionality, such as LLM model providers, Speech to text functionalities providers, cloud storage and cloud database provider.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required to do so by law or in response to valid legal processes.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect personal information, including:

• Encryption: All images and sound recordings are encrypted during transmission and storage.
• Access Controls: Restricted access to personal information on a need-to-know basis.

8. Third-Party Services Providers

Our app may integrate with third-party services to enhance functionality. These services may collect personal and non-personal information. Examples third party providers include:

• LLM and AI model Providers: For providing app functionalities. Such providers may include OpenAI.
• Speech to text providers: For converting speech to texts. Such providers may include Apple or Google.
• Cloud Storage and Database Providers: For secure storage of users and app data. Such provider may include Render, MongoDB.
• Analytics Tools: For analyzing app usage trends, performance and purchases. Such providers may include Superwall.

9. International Users

Users from other countries should be aware that their information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ. If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy indicates the most recent changes. Your continued use of the Lampi app after receiving notice of any changes in this Privacy Policy will mean you accept those changes.
